“We are not looking for your weaknesses;we are here to help you.”

Thus, said Dr. Filemon A. Pamittan of the Nueva Vizcaya State University, and overall coordinator of the 18- non team firm the Accrediting Agency for Chartered Colleges and Universities of the Philippines (AACCUP) during the opening ceremonies for the accreditation of 13 academic programs held at the college auditorium last March 27.

To be of help to the college, Dr. Pamittan said the accreditors will share their insights and offer recommendations on how the college can continually improve in order to achieve excellences and to comply with standards of quality education. This is the reason why the evaluation of the documents is a great challenge and requires circumspection because the accreditors are expected to give objective judgments in all documents that mere prepared. The support of the local accreditors or counterparts is then very necessary.
